Never
- Weight-loss claims or framing. No before/after photos, no body transformation language, no "lose X lbs".
- Health-outcome or medical claims ("builds muscle", "improves your health", "clinically proven").
- Implying doctors, dietitians, or medical professionals run or endorse the service.
- Calling it a diet, a meal plan, or nutrition advice. It is protein tracking and accountability — informational only.
- Posting your link without disclosure.
Always works
- Show the product. A screen recording of texting "2 eggs and toast" and getting the count back IS the ad. The correction ("actually 3 eggs" → "Updated") is the best 5 seconds you can post.
- Talk about consistency and accountability: "it texts me before the day gets away from me."
- Your own numbers as experience: "I've hit my target 6 of 7 days" (your record, not a promise about theirs).
- The price comparison: "the accountability of a coach at a tenth of the price."
- #ad or #partner on every post with your link.
When unsure
