Revenue share
- 30% of collected subscription revenue from each member you refer, for their first 12 months. At $39/month that is $11.70 per member per month while they stay subscribed.
- Payouts count only collected revenue: refunds (including our 30-day guarantee) and chargebacks are excluded or clawed back from the next payout.
Attribution
- Your link is
proteintext.net/?ref=yourcode. Attribution window is 30 days from click, stored on the visitor's device and on our signup record. - The signup record is the source of truth; monthly statements list your referred signups and their status.
Payouts
- Monthly, within 10 days of month end, via Zelle, PayPal, or ACH — your choice. No minimum during founding phase.
Content rules
- The content guidelines are part of these terms. Violations (medical or weight-loss claims, undisclosed ads) end the partnership and forfeit unpaid amounts from the violating content.
- Disclose the relationship (#ad / #partner) in every post that carries your link. It's the law (FTC) and it's the deal.
The boring parts
- Either side can end the partnership anytime; earned share on existing referrals keeps paying through each member's 12 months.
- You're an independent partner, not an employee or agent; you can't make commitments on ProteinText's behalf.
- We may update these terms with 30 days' notice; changes never reduce the rate on members you already referred.
