Partner program
Send people something that actually fits their day.
ProteinText brings meals, macros, and accountability into the text thread your audience already uses. No app, no login, no food database. $39/month, 30-day money-back guarantee on the first month.
Where this stands today: ProteinText is live and taking paid signups — $39/month through Stripe. iPhone (iMessage) today; Android over SMS is in final verification. Referral links, attribution, and terms are ready now — founding partners start earning from their first referred subscription.
The offer
At $39/month that is $11.70 per subscriber per month, and it keeps paying while they stay:
| Referred subscribers | Month 1 | Month 6 | Month 12 |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 | $58.50 | $351 | $702 |
| 25 | $292.50 | $1,755 | $3,510 |
| 100 | $1,170 | $7,020 | $14,040 |
Cumulative, assuming referred subscribers stay for the period shown. Real retention will be lower than that; treat these as arithmetic, not a forecast.
How you get credit
You get a link of your own—proteintext.net/?ref=yourname. Anyone who arrives through it is credited to you for 30 days, so someone who reads your post on a Tuesday and signs up two weeks later still counts.
Payouts run monthly, once the referred subscriber's payment has cleared. Nothing is owed on refunds inside the 30-day guarantee, and nothing is clawed back after it.
Who this actually fits
ProteinText is built for adults roughly 40–60, especially women who already care about getting enough protein and have no appetite for another app to manage. If your audience skews that way—or toward busy people who have quietly given up on tracking apps—this will land. If it skews toward competitive lifters or teenagers, it will not, and neither of us gains anything from you posting it.
What I need you to agree to
These are short, and they are not negotiable. Two of them are the difference between having a business and not.
- Disclose the partnership, every time. A clear #ad or "paid partnership" label on any post, story, or video that includes your link. This is an FTC requirement, not a preference.
- Never enter anyone else's phone number. Every person signs up themselves, on their own device. No collecting numbers at events, in DMs, or through your own form to pass along.
- No incentivised signups. No giveaways, no contests, no "sign up and I'll send you my meal plan." Nothing that gets someone to hand over a phone number for a reason other than wanting the product.
- Describe only what it does. An estimated protein count, a running daily total, the gap to a target, and two check-ins a day. That is the whole product.
- Never present it as medical or nutritional advice, or as a substitute for a doctor, dietitian, or any other professional.
- Never promise an outcome—about someone's body, their performance, or their wellbeing. Do not frame it around body change of any kind, and do not say it is proven, validated, or endorsed by any study or professional body.
- No purchased audiences, bots, or unsolicited messaging of any kind.
Why rules 2 and 3 exist: ProteinText sends text messages, which means US carriers approve and monitor the campaign. A burst of signups from a giveaway, or numbers submitted by someone other than their owner, is the exact pattern that gets a messaging campaign suspended. If that happens the product stops working for everybody and there is nothing left to pay commission on. This is not legal boilerplate—it is the failure mode that ends the company.
What you get from me
- Your referral link, and a straight answer on how many signups it has produced whenever you ask.
- Copy and screenshots that are already cleared against the rules above, so you are not guessing at what you can say.
- A direct line to me. Not a support queue.
- Your rate, locked. If I change the standard commission later, founding partners keep what they signed at.
Before you share
Read the founding partner terms and content guidelines. Clear expectations, from the first introduction.
